How far in advance should I book your services?

Plan ahead for your special day. We recommend booking at least 15 days in advance; additinoal notice is greatly appreciated whenever possible.

Do you offer customizable packages?
Yes, we offer customizable packages tailored to your specific needs and budget.

What is your service area?

Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Northeast West Viginia areas.

Is there a minimum booking time for your services or rentals?

Yes, to ensure we provide the highest quality of service and setup, we require a 3-hour minimum for all event bookings.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, please let us know what dietary restrictions you have and we will accomodate to your needs.

What is your deposit amount?

Deposit amount is 20%.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our events are rain or shine. To protect our scheduling and preparation costs, deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event.
